Staff were always accommodating, wi-fi was consistent, and I loved its impressive location really close to the train station, the Metro supermarket, restaurants of St Catherine street.

it was a very peaceful experience in a lively hotel. every detail was exceptional there, including location and staff. room had a marble-lined bathroom and flat-screen television and blackout curtains.

Quick breakfast, well-maintained pool, strategic position. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The staff was very cordial and check in was quick. Exceptional customer service provided too. Fairly clean and cosy hotel in Downtown Montreal district...
